Solitaire Harmony

Description

This is the next app in the series of card games created by GameDuell. Personally, I prefer Cleopatra’s Pyramid, however this app is still a must in your collection if you are looking for a game that delivers that classic solitaire action. While all the normal Klondike solitaire rules apply in this title, Solitaire Harmony expands by including power-ups and items to build your own medieval village as you progress through the levels. There is also a timer included…the quicker you are able to complete each level, the higher your score will be.

After each game is completed, your “experience meter” will increase based on how well you scored in that level. Once you have enough experience points to level up, you will be awarded crowns that can be redeemed for powers or spent in the store to unlock new powers. These power-ups range from adding time to doubling the experience you gain. All of these new features added to a game that is already really addicting gameplay certainly increases the enjoyment overall.  GameDuell always seems to produce amazing and addictive apps and this is definitely one of them.

Presentation

Graphics are colorful yet simple, but what you would expect with a normal solitaire game.

Sound

The vintage medieval music adds nicely to the overall theme of the game.

Controls

Very simple and easy to use controls with the choice between point and clicking or dragging the cards where you want them to go.

Replay Value

Medium – Just like with GameDuell’s other title Cleopatra’s Pyramid, there is always the ability to improve your score and time.
